This time, the customer service associate told me that the refund had been refused and that I had no choice but to accept the gift card. It is notated that should the customer call in, the instructions are to refund back to the card that is provided. I never knew what it took to actually run a store from a managers view and while working at Saks I have been advanced opportunities to learn more than just cashiering. I had the bad experience half a year ago, but today I stumble upon this reviews and decided to add my 5 cents. . Absolutely horrible experience with online customer service.
